The tulle on this tutu was from a baby shower table setup . That was good stuff, no need to throw it away. It’s was sitting in a zip lock bag for 2 years. The 2 bows on the tutu was materials used for this setup.  What better way to use it, then to tutu it out. The head-piece that was done, was with left overs. My concern with this head-piece was that a little girl wouldn’t want to wear it, because of the tulle in front of her face, that wasn’t the case here. My put my 2 yrs old granddaughter to the test. When i first called her over to try it on, she stared at me like no way ,but as soon as she saw the tutu come out, she comes towards me and ask, is mines mama. I was like hmm ok. The moment i put that tutu on her, she then allowed me to put the head-piece on. I then knew a little girl would love it. She played and danced with it on until her mommy came to pick her up, then the screaming began. She didn’t want to take if off.
