Dollar Tree Tray Pumpkin

I’ve been so busy that I didn’t get a chance to post this DIY project.

How can I explain this piece to you? How can 3 metal trays become this beautiful? Instead of painting it I decided to sprinkle it with cinnamon yes cinnamon.

I did two lays of cinnamon. Modge Podge, sprinkle, Modge Podge again and give the last sprinkle of cinnamon. To seal I gave it one last Modge Podge. Allow it to dry over night.

To hold all 3 trays together I used E6000, hot glue gun and 3 large popsicle sticks. First I glued the three trays in the back to the front one and than I glue the popsicles sticks to the two back ones.

Now in reference to my bow making believe me I’m no expert. , I just cut and cross each ribbon. The flower on the bow was handmade and the link is in the description box on the YouTube video.
