I’m always looking for healthy dishes, and this here is my go to for breakfast.
I make it over night to take to work with me. I use 2 tablespoons of chia seeds and half a cup of almond milk but you can use your preference in milk and about 1 tablespoon of honey. Whatever float your boat when it comes to sweetness.
I refrigerate over night or 3 hours. Give it a good mix and add fruits. I added in blueberry and apples because that it what I had in the house, but I love to add strawberries.
My daughter got me into the chia seed. She said ma put it in you yogurt and I was like ahh I don’t know about that but I did and ever since I been eating it with my yogurt.
