Let’s Make A Wood Wreath

Who said that a wreath has to be round and full of ribbons? Well not this wreath. I put 15 wood paint sticks, glued them for the platform. I added ribbons and even made some rustic eggs to add on.

These beautiful ribbons along with the sign was purchased at Dollar Tree. The items to make the eggs was also from there. Now for these paint sticks I bought them at Home Depot. I added a stain to them.

I love staining wood but because my apartment is small and I have to do it indoors I rarely get a chance. I cut the ribbon on he sign so it can allow me to place the three pieces as I please.

You be surprise what you can do with these paint sticks. At some Home Depot they give them to you free and some don’t unfortunately. The rest is just putting everything together. When you want a big bow you start to layer the ribbons, it gives it a bigger and fuller look. I’m always looking for ways to make the simple to out standing, it’s the inner extravagant me lol.
