I was just in the mood for this, quick, simple and healthy. Topped with avocado, red onions, tomatoes, cilantro and jalapeños. The turkey was left overs and it really came out really good and I was hungry.
You can add any meat you want it happens to be that had leftover turkey. There was no cooking on my part just reheating. As far as dressing I used some pickling juice from my pickled tomatoes which by the way I made and is the best thing.
